"It may seem strange that I would give a 5-Start review to a company that I didn't use. However, it is precisely because Ken, the owner, took the time to understand my issue over the phone and thus saved me a service fee and then encouraged me to contact the company which made my appliance even though the warranty had been expired for over three years, that I gave that rating. He didn't have to do that as it probably cost him a $500-700 repair because the appliance company did respond with a free repair anyways. This to me shows integrity on the part of Ken and that he really does look out for his customer's best interest. I assure you that in the future when I need another appliance repair, Ken will be the man I call."

"Ken Saved the day!! Thank you for fixing my refrigerator!!! He found the problem, order the part and got back in a mannerly time frame and fixed it! I will be calling him for all my appliance needs! "

"I have kids who seem to break everything, including the dryer door. It basically fell off. I've had other repair places work on it and they replaced a few screws and left but you could still see there was damage. Able arrived on time, they replaced the panel where the door fit and my dryer looks like it's new."
