"Amazing service! And great price. They showed up a half hour after I called and fixed my refrigerator in less than 45 minutes. It was so fast none of my food defrosted! He also gave me tips on how to make it run more efficiently. I will definitely call him to repair the next major appliance that breaks."

"It may seem strange that I would give a 5-Start review to a company that I didn't use. However, it is precisely because Ken, the owner, took the time to understand my issue over the phone and thus saved me a service fee and then encouraged me to contact the company which made my appliance even though the warranty had been expired for over three years, that I gave that rating. He didn't have to do that as it probably cost him a $500-700 repair because the appliance company did respond with a free repair anyways. This to me shows integrity on the part of Ken and that he really does look out for his customer's best interest. I assure you that in the future when I need another appliance repair, Ken will be the man I call."
